THE REVITALIZED CHURCH

Every Church, Every Season: Coaching that is tailored to you and your church's needs.

Coaching

Coaching That Fits Your Season
At The Revitalized Church, we believe that the right coach at the right time can change everything.
Every pastor and church we serve enters a unique season — whether they are preparing for change, stabilizing after crisis, leading a revitalization, or building on healthy momentum. That is why our coaching is not one-size-fits-all. Instead, each pastor is thoughtfully paired with a coach whose experience, temperament, and training best match the church’s current season and challenges.
  • Pastors in Pre-Vitalize are guided by coaches who specialize in readiness, calling, and emotional resilience.
  • Churches in Stabilize are supported by coaches skilled in restoring trust, reducing conflict, and creating healthy leadership foundations.
  • Leaders in Re-Vitalize work alongside coaches experienced in leading change, navigating resistance, and rebuilding ministry systems.
  • Churches in Optimize are paired with coaches who understand growth, multiplication, and long-term sustainability.
This personalized approach ensures that every pastor receives the right support, the right perspective, and the right pace for where their church truly is — not where someone else thinks it should be.
Our goal is simple:
to walk beside pastors with wisdom, accountability, and encouragement as they lead their churches into the next season God has prepared for them.

About our Founder, Will Earp, D.Min
Pastor Will Earp is the founder of The Revitalized Church, a ministry dedicated to helping churches navigate seasons of transition, healing, and growth with clarity, courage, and faith.
With more than 25 years of experience leading and growing a seven-figure business, Will brings a rare blend of organizational leadership, strategic thinking, business and financial experience, and spiritual discernment to the work of church revitalization. He understands both the spiritual and operational challenges that leaders face when guiding organizations through change — whether in the marketplace or in the ministry.
Will holds a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Administration from Lee University, a Master’s degree in Church Planting from Liberty University, and a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) in Church Revitalization from Liberty University. His doctoral work focused on preparing pastors and churches for the realities of revitalization, particularly the emotional, leadership, and systemic challenges that often determine whether a church’s renewal succeeds or fails.
In addition to his academic and business background, Will has years of pastoral experience, serving congregations in times of growth, struggle, and renewal. He has walked alongside pastors who were stepping into difficult assignments, leading churches through conflict, decline, and ultimately into new seasons of health and hope.
Through The Revitalized Church, Will has developed a unique four-stage framework — Pre-Vitalize, Stabilize, Re-Vitalize, and Optimize — designed to meet churches where they are and guide them forward with wisdom, compassion, and practical tools.
Will’s passion is simple but powerful:
to help pastors stay healthy, churches stay faithful, and communities be transformed by the Gospel.
